Please find an update below from Redcar and Cleveland Council regarding planned works to improve two of our local bridleways following requests made by Saltburn and District Bridleways Group on behalf of our members.
Marske bridleway beach access will be closed on Monday 9 February 2026 to allow for essential repairs – Work is likely to last two days but will be passible with care on day two.
Permissive bridleway between Sandy Lane and Quarry Lane, Errington Wood, New Marske – Essential track repair work commencing Tuesday 10 February 2026 for approximately one week.
